The refund rule: pre-load can cost you your refund
From PlayStation Store's own cancellation policy:
- Paid more than 14 days before release: you can cancel until release day, as long as the game hasn't started downloading.
- Paid 14 days or less before release: you can cancel within 14 days of purchase, same download condition.
- Pre-loading counts as downloading. Once the pre-load starts on November 12, you can't get a refund.
