GTA 6 Pre-Order Bonus: Vintage Vice City Pack Explained

The GTA 6 pre-order bonus is the Vintage Vice City Pack, and you don't strictly need to pre-order to get it. Here's what's inside, who qualifies, the small print on the free GTA+ month, and how to make sure you actually get it.

What's in the Vintage Vice City Pack?

✅ CONFIRMED by Rockstar's June 24, 2026 announcement, as described in coverage by TheSixthAxis, MP1st and Gfinity:

Item	What it is
'55 Vapid Stanier	A classic two-tone sedan with old Vice City style
Shore Court Garage	A personal garage near Ocean Beach with a weapon locker and a spot to store stolen goods for the Fence
Outfits and hairstyles	Vice City looks for Jason (pastel linen suit) and Lucia (red sequin mini dress), each with a matching hairstyle
Tropical weapon pattern	A palm-tree pattern for most guns, inspired by Tommy Vercetti's shirt from the original Vice City

The garage is the quietly useful part. A safe place to stash stolen goods early in the story could matter more than a car you might swap out after a few hours. That's our read, not something Rockstar said.

Gfinity reports the weapon pattern is called "Channel the Original Kingpin." It's a fun nod to 2002, but a shirt pattern isn't a cameo. Wondering about old faces? See will Trevor be in GTA 6?

Who gets the pre-order bonus?

✅ CONFIRMED: purchases made before November 20, 2026. Rockstar's press release says all pre-orders and purchases before that date include the pack. GTA 6 launches November 19, so you still qualify if you buy on launch day.

Both editions qualify:

Edition	Price	Vintage Vice City Pack
Standard Edition	$79.99	✅ Before Nov 20
Ultimate Edition	$99.99	✅ Before Nov 20

Digital or physical?

• Digital: ✅ included with purchases before November 20.
• Physical: Rockstar's release doesn't split digital and physical. TheSixthAxis reports physical pre-orders include the pack "while stocks last." Treat that as reported, and check the retailer's product page for the bonus before you pay.

Remember that the physical version is a download code in a box, not a disc. More: GTA 6 physical copy: disc or code?

The $399.99 Vice City Collection box on the Rockstar Store is a different thing. It doesn't include the game, so it doesn't include the pack on its own either. Details: GTA 6 collector's edition.

The free GTA+ month (digital pre-orders only)

✅ CONFIRMED: digital pre-orders include one free month of GTA+. Rockstar's press release calls it "instantly redeemable." Coverage says this applies to pre-orders on PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store.

GTA+ is Rockstar's GTA Online membership. Per TheSixthAxis and MP1st, it includes:

• a GTA$500,000 deposit into your GTA Online bank account
• bonus GTA$ on Shark Cards
• free and discounted GTA Online vehicles
• the GTA+ Games Library, which includes GTA V

Note that this is a GTA Online perk. GTA 6 itself launches single-player, with no online mode at launch. More: does GTA 6 have online?

Does it auto-renew?

Reportedly, yes. MP1st and GTA BOOM both report that after the free month, GTA+ renews at the regular monthly price until you cancel through your platform account. GTA BOOM puts that at about $7.99 a month and reports you can redeem the free month until March 31, 2027. We haven't seen Rockstar's full terms ourselves, so all three points are labeled as reported.

What that means in practice: if you redeem it today, the free month runs out weeks before GTA 6 even launches. Unless you play GTA Online a lot, redeem it when you'll actually use it, and set a reminder to cancel.
