These six places come from the Places section of Rockstar's official GTA VI site, added with Trailer 2 in May 2025 and covered by Insider Gaming, GTA BOOM and Gfinity. The descriptions summarize Rockstar's own text.

Rockstar's official Ultimate Edition listing (June 24, 2026, quoted by VGC) also drops a few names:

How big is the GTA 6 map?
Rockstar hasn't given an exact number. Rockstar's Aaron Garbut told Game Informer it's the largest map the studio has made "by some degree", per Dexerto. Every number below is reported or estimated:
