GTA 6 PS5 Bundle: Is There One? (Official & Retailer Bundles)
Quick answer
Not officially. As of October 17, 2026, Sony has not announced a GTA 6 PS5 or PS5 Pro bundle, and Microsoft hasn't announced an official Xbox one. Some retailers sell their own console + GTA 6 code packs. A Sony bundle around launch is widely expected, but it's not confirmed.
"GTA 6 PS5 bundle" is one of the top GTA 6 searches, so let's clear it up: what actually exists, and what's just a rumor.
Official GTA 6 PS5 bundle: not announced (yet)
As of October 17, 2026, Sony has not announced a GTA 6 PS5 or PS5 Pro bundle. Microsoft hasn't announced an official Xbox bundle either.
What Sony did announce: two GTA 6 limited edition DualSense controllers ($84.99, November 19). See the GTA 6 PS5 controller.
Why everyone expects one
- Sony has a marketing partnership with Rockstar for GTA 6 (PS5 is listed under "Plays best on").
- Reports in 2025 said Sony would start selling PS5 Pro bundles with other games, a first for the Pro.
- Big launches often get console bundles.
All of that makes a bundle likely, but it's not confirmed. We label it ⚠️ rumor.
Retailer bundles that exist today
Some retailers make their own packs. Example: in July 2026 Amazon Germany listed Xbox Series S and Series X bundles with a GTA 6 code-in-a-box, shipping November 12. These were retailer bundles, not official Microsoft bundles, and not all were cheaper than buying separately.

Bundle checklist: is this deal real?
- Sold by a known store? Amazon (sold by Amazon itself), Best Buy, Walmart, GameStop, PlayStation Direct.
- Compare the price with console + $79.99 game bought separately.
- Check what's included: Standard or Ultimate? Code-in-a-box? Console model and storage?
- Refurbished? Some bundles use refurbished consoles. Fine, but should be cheaper.
- "Too good to be true" + unknown site = scam. See GTA 6 scams.
Should you wait for a bundle?
- Need a console anyway? Waiting a few weeks for an official bundle can save money, but there's no guarantee one comes.
- Already have a PS5? Just pre-order the game.
- Thinking about a Pro? Read GTA 6 on PS5 Pro first.
Key takeaways

- ✅ Sony did announce two GTA 6 DualSense controllers.
- Retailer bundles exist in some regions; compare prices.
- Bundles include a download code, not a disc.
- We'll update this page the moment Sony announces a bundle.

Rumored, not confirmed. Reports of PS5 Pro bundles with other games fuel expectations, but nothing official exists for GTA 6.
